A contemporary single-storey rear extension that transforms the entire back of this classic Brighton & Hove terrace into a bright, open-plan kitchen space. Featuring a large island, expansive glazing, a picture window, and a built-in window seat, the design maximises natural light and creates a seamless connection to the garden. From planning and design through to building regulations, the project was delivered entirely in-house, creating a practical and welcoming heart of the home, perfect for hosting.
